この法人は，地域で必要としている全ての住民に対して，介護支援，高齢者の自立支援，子育て支援，地域コミュニティー等に関する事業を行い，昔ながらの近隣の助け合い文化を受け継ぎながら，小さな力でも出来る支え合い活動を通してまちづくりに参加すると共に，地域に密着した多機能共生型の溜まり場をつくり，世代を超えて根付く活動を行い地域福祉に寄与することを目的とする。
