この法人は、地域の子育てをしている親を中心に、地域事業者、地域市民全体に対して、オレンジリボン運動啓発に関する事業を行い、地域と共に、児童虐待に係る問題の改善や解決を図る。親同士の地域交流の活発化や地域全体への児童虐待防止意識の向上、およびオレンジリボン運動や地域活動等への理解と応援をしてもらえる民間企業と市民活動の増加に寄与することを目的とする。
