この法人は滋賀県において、地域の人たちが生活を互いに支援しあい、夢と希望がもてる幸福な生活を営むことのできる社会を推進する事業を行うことにより、そこに生活するすべての人々にとって成熟した「市民福祉」の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
