この法人は、保育を必要とする障害をもつ子を含む全ての子どもたち及びその保護者に対し、より良い保育事業を提供することにより、子どもたちの健全な育成並びに子育てを通じた社会教育の推進に寄与するとともに、障害者及びその家族に対し、地域で生活するための介護・援助等の支援を提供し、地域社会福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
