この法人は、地域で生活していく上で援助を必要としている精神障害者に対して、自立生活が出来る様に生活支援事業を行い、また、精神障害者が暮らしやすい地域社会を実現するために、広報・啓発活動を行い、もってノーマライゼーション社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
