この法人は、障害のある人たちが、地域で豊かな生活をおくれるよう、就労支援及び生活支援を行い、ノーマライゼーション社会の実現のために、貢献することを主なる目的とし、あわせて、再生エネルギーの普及に努め、脱原子力発電を促進させることを目的とする。
