この法人は、同和問題をはじめとするあらゆる差別のない社会環境づくりに寄与し、地域住民が暮らしやすい環境づくりを行うため、子どもたちの健全育成を図る事業をはじめ、高齢者、身体障害者との交流促進・支援体制を図る事業や人権侵害をゆるさない啓発活動、さらに、地域住民の安定した生活環境づくりのための雇用促進、環境保全、文化・学習活動などを行うことを目的とする。
