この法人は、企業等での就労を終えた「シニア」が今まで培ってきた知識や経験を生かし、自らの生活の場の「まち」に対して、地域に根ざしたまちづくりやきめ細やかな生活支援などの活動を通じて、自らの生きがいの創造とすべての人々がすこやかに暮らせる地域社会づくりを進め、福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
