福祉サービスを必要とする者が心身ともに健やかに育成されるべきであるとの福祉社会の重要性に関する認識に基づき、福祉と医療の連携を図りつつ、科学的でかつ適正な医療を普及することを目指し、また福祉と医療に関する各種サービスを提供する事業を行い、もって社会全体の利益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
