この法人は、保健、医療、介護、福祉関係者と患者や行政、地域住民に対して、医療情報ネットワークを構築し活用する事により、保健、医療、福祉、行政との連携を推進し、地域医療の維持発展のための啓発活動を行い、医療の質、安全性の向上を図り地域住民の健康福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
