この法人は熊本県内の障害者や要介護者、健常者も共に包み支え合い、社会の構成員として地域社会に参加することができる、豊かなコミュニティ作りの実現を図るために、障害者や要介護者の社会参加支援モデル開発を行い、広く一般市民を対象に研修会、研究誌による教育、啓発事業を普及し、障害者や要介護者、健常者が共存できる地域福祉の推進に寄与することを目的とする。
