この法人は、主として八木町及びその近隣市町村で生活する障害（児）者、高齢者、および、支援を必要とする人々が安心して地域住民と共生、共存して当たり前の生活ができるように、相談、調整、生活支援サービス、地域コミュニティーの形成に関する事業を行い、地域住民相互の福祉の向上と地域社会の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
