この法人は、視覚に障害をもつ人々に対してマイカーでの移送とガイドヘルプに関する事業をおこなうと共に、学術、文化、芸術、スポーツ等に障害者がより積極的にふれあい、参加できる機会をつくるべく支援及び企画をおこなうことにより、障害者の生活支援と社会参加に寄与することを目的とする。
