この法人は、「ちくご」をはじめその周辺地域において障害者・高齢者等すべての住民が安心して生活できる地域社会を実現するために、「ちくご」のまちづくりに関する事業として行なうとともに、市内外の諸団体、市民、行政及び企業との幅広いネットワークの構築を行ない、もって、「ちくご」における市民生活の向上とその福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
