この法人は、大田市民及び周辺自治体の住民に対して、地域環境整備や生活支援等に関する事業を行い、ふるさとであるこの地域、高齢者や熟年世代、子育て・共働き世代などの課題解決、現役は引退したけれどまだまだ地域に貢献できる人々、Ｉターン、Ｕターン、障害を持つ方々への雇用の場を提供する事、等で地域社会へ貢献することを目的とする。
