この法人は、高機能広汎性発達障害児（者）とその家族、関係者及び地域社会に対して、適切な療育、正しい知識の啓蒙、幸せな社会生活の場の提供に関する事業を行い、もって高機能広汎性発達障害児（者）のよりよい成長、幸福な人生の創造に貢献するとともに社会全体の利益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
