この法人は、会員の協力互助による運営を基本とし、埼玉県戸田市及び一般市民の保育が必要とされる小学校児童に対して豊かで安全な放課後の生活の場を築く事によって、児童の心身ともに健やかな発達を援助するとともに、子育てをする家族に対しても、健全で豊かな地域社会の確立をはかることを目的とする。
