この法人は、こころと身体の健康づくりに関する事業を、若年から高齢者まで幅広い世代を対象として行う。事業を通してこころと身体の健康づくりの手法を研究開発し、そして実践に活用する。また、地域の保健福祉分野の調査分析、地域活性に関する事業を行う。これらの事業を通じて公益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
