この法人は、「障がい者のためのノーマライゼーションの実現」をスローガンに、三郷市及びその近隣在住の精神・知的・身体に障がいのある人を対象として、保健・福祉の向上や自立・社会進出への支援等に関する総合的な事業を展開する。そのことによって、障がいのある人が長く将来にわたって健全で安心して暮らせる環境整備と地域づくりの実現に寄与することを目的とする。
