この法人は、地域住民に対して地域住民同士が助け合って、高齢者及び障がい者（児）等の介護、日常生活・社会生活の総合的支援に関する事業、介護者及び保護者の負担軽減に関する事業、講習事業等を行い、地域の福祉の推進に寄与することを目的とする。 また、非雇用労働者の雇用機会を創出することにより、地域全体の労働力向上を図ることを目的とする。
