この法人は、米子市内の遊休地を有効活用できるしくみづくりについて調査・研究および相談・支援することを通じて、財源が少しでも増加するような案を提言 し、地域の付加価値を高めるよう努めるものとする。また、「共に学び、共に支えあう」をモットーとし、この活動を通じて市民全体の少子化対策、教育、福祉 の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
