おもに障害者に対して、地域における障害者および関係機関の障害者の有機的な流れを形成することで、地域生活支援や就労援助、情報提供に関する事業等を行い、障害者福祉ならびに地域福祉の増進に寄与し、「誰もがあたりまえに暮らせる」コミュニティを形成すること。
