この法人は、丹後地域の人々に対して、有機栽培によるハーブの生産、加工及び販売、ハーブによる緑化運動、ハーブ文化講習会及びハーブ料理研究会を開催することを通じてハーブ文化を普及させることに関する事業を行い、人々の健康の増進、花と緑のまちづくり、青少年の健全な育成、ハーブ文化研修会を通じた交流事業による地域の活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
