この法人は、広く福岡県民に対してペットと人が共生できる環境づくりの為の情報の収集・提供ならびに交流の場を提供することにより、「人とペットとのふれあい」によって生命の尊さを学び、また、自らの「からだ」や「こころ」を癒すことにより、どうぶつに対する「いじめや虐待」を撲滅し、子供の健全育成とまちづくりの増進に寄与することを目的とする。
