この法人は、全国的規模で進行する地方の疲弊、格差社会に於ける社会的弱者の急増に歯止めを掛けるべく、就労支援などに関する事業を行うと共に、精神・知的などの障害者が自分らしく豊かに生活できる地域社会の実現を目指して、障害者福祉の向上と障害者の自立に寄与することに努力し、障害者問題に対する社会的理解を促進することを目的とする。
