この法人は、①地域住民に対して、栄養食事指導、食教育、健康を維持する為の運動指導及び口腔ケア指導を行うことによって、生活習慣病等の疾患の予防、改善をし、生活の質を高めるとともに健康寿命を伸ばし、ひいては医療費、介護費を抑制することに寄与することを目的とする。②誰かの助けがあれば自立した生活ができるという住民に対して、必要なサービスを開発、実施することによって地域の活性化や福祉の増進を図ることに寄与することを目的とする。
