この法人は、高齢者・障害者・児童といった多様な福祉サービスのニーズを持つ人たちと地域の住民に対し、これまでの垣根を越えたふれあいを持つことが可能な場を設けることにより、利用者に身近な在宅・地域福祉の増進と、県民の地域福祉への主体的参加の機会を拡大し、身近な地域での暮らし安心システムネットワークの確立に資することを目的とする。
