この法人は、相馬市及び近隣の高齢者・社会的弱者に対してノーマライゼーション社会実現に向け、老人所帯への毎日の訪問や食事宅配サービス、在宅介護に関する事業並びに郷土文化に関する体験学習等による特定非営利活動を行い、もって地域福祉に寄与することを目的とする。
