この法人は、災害等に対して、自衛活動支援に関する事業を行い、公共団体、法人団体、民間組織、地域住民組織、への災害時の自衛活動を支援するもので、支援協力、普及啓発、人材育成等の活動を行い、豊かな魅力ある地域の創造に貢献し、安全、安心増進に寄与することを目的とする。
