この法人は、東近江市民をはじめとする近隣住民を対象に、まちづくりの進を図る活動や子どもの健全育成を図る活動等に関する事業を通じて、それぞれの地域が健康で活気があり、子どもから高齢者まであらゆる人々が安心して住み続けることができる地域社会づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
