広く青少年、障害者及び高齢者に対して、自然体験プログラムや障害者セラピーの研究開発、実施及び指導等に関する専門家の育成並びに活動に関連する各種団体とのネットワーク構築等に関する事業を行い、青少年の健全育成、福祉の増進、海環境の保全及び地域の活性化等に寄与すること。
