この法人は、障害をもつ人や職を得にくい人たちが自分のペースで働き、地域とも交流できる公共施設のコーナーにエヌ・ピー・オーで運営するコミュニティ喫茶を開設し、専門家などと様々なプロジェクトを行い、第３の働き方を図る。また、参加型・多世代共生型住環境づくりを目指し、もって社会全体の利益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
