この法人は、埼玉県及び東京都、さらに他の諸地域が抱える様々な問題に対し、その解決を図ることを目的とする。この問題解決の手法、成果等については、それを広く情報発信していくものとする。また、今日の公教育が十分に対応できない教育的諸問題に対し、それを補完し、これを広く敷衍しあるべき教育に資することも併せて本法人の目的とする。
