この法人は、ふれあいと助け合いの精神をもって、誰もが住み慣れた地域で生き生きと自分らしく安心して住み続けることができるようなまちづくりをすすめるために、四万十町十和・大正地域及びその近隣のおもに高齢者、障害者、子ども達等の保健・医療・福祉の増進に関する活動（事業）を行うことにより、公益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
