この法人は、障害当事者の主体性とエンパワーメントを基本に据えたノーマライゼーションの理念の下、障害者の地域での就労の場の創出並びに生活支援に関する事業や障害者の福祉に関する調査・研究事業等を行うことにより、障害者が地域の中で自立生活を営んでいけるよう福祉の増進を図り、もって社会全体の利益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
