この法人は、精神障がい者に対して地域における自立生活と社会参加の支援に関する事業を行い、障がい者福祉の増進及び障がい者が安心して暮らせるまちづくりの実現に寄与すること、及び、地域の子どもの健全育成を通して社会福祉基盤の充実を図り、精神障がい者の自立及び社会参加への理解を促進することを目的とする。
