会員相互の啓発・互助、地域及び関係者への広報等の活動を通して、県下の自閉症児・者が、自らの人生を自ら選択する権利を確保し、その権利を行使する能力を確保して、自立した豊かな生活を実現することに寄与し、以って自閉症児者のみならず、誰もが共生しうる地域社会の実現を目指すこと。
