この法人は、広く一般市民に対して、再生可能エネルギーによる発電の普及・啓発・推進及びその支援に関する事業、再生可能エネルギー発電の導入、運営についての調査、診断及び評価に関する事業、地域の農家等に対する支援・援助に関する事業等を行い、環境の保全及び農業支援を通じて農山漁村の振興を図り、もって広く公益に寄与することを目的とする。
