この法人は、子供から高齢者までが、生涯にわたり安心して楽しく暮らせる地域づくりを目的とし、やりがいや生きがいのある暮らしをつづけられるよう活動展開することにより地域の維持並びに活性を図るものとする。又市外、県外から人を呼び込み、交流人口・移住・定住を促進すると共に、文化・風習・お祭り・人のつながりなど地域の財産を残し、発信する。
