この法人は、障害児（者）が地域の中で明るく、楽しく、豊かな暮らしが出来るように、生活の援助を行うことを目的とする。 　また、障害児（者）のライフサイクルを考え、地域社会の中で豊かに育ち、豊かに生活できるような地域社会を築き、共に学び共に育ち合う場となることを目的とする。
