この法人は、障がい当事者等の主体性及びエンパワーメントを基本に据えたノーマライゼーションの理念の下、障がい者や高齢者の地域での就労の場の創出並びに生活に関する事業や障がい者や高齢者の福祉に関する調査・研究事業等を行なう事により、地域の中で自立生活を営んでいけるよう福祉の増進を図り、もって社会全体の利益の増進に寄与する事を目的とする。
