この法人は、市民や行政、企業という垣根をはずし共に育ちあうために、地域をよくしていこうとする熱き「志」を持った人々を結び、福祉・環境・教育・国際支援・地域活性化などを考え提言し活動をおこなうとともに、市民セクターと行政、企業、市民との仲介役という立場で、地域活動を協働でスムーズに行えるようサポートし、お互いの経験交流、学びあい、支え合いの場の提供をおこない、個々の生き方を尊重した、誰もが生き生きと暮らせる、まちづくり・人づくりの実現に貢献することを目的とする。
