この法人は、日本人とフィリピン人の間に生まれながら日本人父親に捨てられ、ジャンピーノと蔑視される日系フィリピン人の不幸な子ども達に生活と教育の場を与えるとともに自立を支援し、日本国籍の復帰や不法滞在の解消に関する活動等を行い、もって公益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
