この法人は、学生や子育てが一段落した女性、退職者など新しい環境で生活しようとしている人や、NPO法人事務局などに対して、職場体験や演劇公演の企画運営、NPO法人・芸術団体の事務局サポートに関する事業を行い、就業率が上がり、家庭・職場・地域でのコミュケーション力が高まることで、幸福感を持って生活する人を増やすことに寄与することを目的とする。
