この法人は、星野村地域の特色を生かした里山ツーリズムを推進し、地域活動の主体となる住民と各支援者が相互の連携を図りながら、多様な農山村の体験や地域の情報発信の事業を展開するとともに、住民や子ども会育成会など地域団体の活動の支援、事業者とのパートナーシップの形成を促進することを目的とする。
