この法人は、地域住民に対して文化の継承・伝承・子供の健全育成・地域支え合いの仕組み推進事業を行う。まちの文化発展のため情報システムを普及し、まちづくりの推進に関わる事業を行い地域経済の発展を図るとともに地域社会における『住民・行政・企業』の連携が円滑に行われるような提言とネットワーク作りを行い、より豊かな持続可能なコミュニティー作りに寄与することを目的とする。
