この法人は、日本の地域社会及び海外の国・地域に対して、地球温暖化防止のために温室効果ガス削減のための相談・支援、勉強会・講習会、ＮＰＯ法人・企業・行政機関などのネットワークの構築に関する事業及び発展途上国に対する物資の援助に関する事業を行い、地球環境の保護を図るとともに、経済活動の活性化、教育の推進に寄与することを目的とする。
