この法人は、滋賀県内の企業、事業所などに働く労働者の雇用問題や賃金、労働条件などのトラブルについての相談に応じるとともに労働基準法違反などによる被害から労働者を救済するためのアドバイスならびに必要な支援のための諸活動を推進することによって勤労者にとって好ましい近代的な労使関係と社会環境を実現することに資することを目的とする。
