この法人は石川県民に対して、「動物の愛護及び管理に関する法律」の趣旨に基づき、愛玩動物である猫の命を通して未来ある子どもたちに、人と猫とのよりよい関係づくりと命の大切さを知ってもらうための事業を行い、また猫の飼い主に飼育者としての責任と終生飼養の普及啓発活動を行うことにより、動物と人間が共生する住みよい社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
