この法人は、相馬市内の園児、児童、生徒、教員等に対して、東日本大震災により生じた心理的ショックを緩和するための心理的なケアに関する事業を行い、もって相馬市民の心の健康の維持に寄与することと、子供たちの生きる力をはぐくむことを目的とする。
